We want you to love your Ashborn piece. If it isn't right, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Because each piece is hand-carved from natural mother-of-pearl, slight natural variation is not considered a defect. Custom or personalised orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
