Shipping policy

Jewellery by JF ships across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Rates and delivery times

Standard shipping is charged at a flat Rs. 150 per order, calculated at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 7–9 business days of being dispatched. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Remote or hard-to-reach PIN codes may take longer.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are dispatched from Kochi, Kerala. Once your order leaves us, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery could not be completed after the courier's attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
